If they would sell the Taepo Dong 2 to Iraq or Iran...

sell one or two of their plutonium
bombs to Iraq or Iran, as well...as long
as Saddam, or one of the Mullahs, would offer them enough money.
Ideology, or religious views, would play second fiddle to cold hard cash
in such a transaction.
So I stand by my previous posted opinion
that North Korea's nukes don't pose much of a strategic danger as long as they
remain on RNK's soil, but if they're sold...
