While not my fallacy of the week, an ad hominem attack is still a fallacy, still illogical, and still essentially worthless, all the more so since you did not cite even a single reason, let alone "DOZENS" why anyone should consider Helen Thomas a "crank."

Cranky? Perhaps. And I don't blame her.
