Although there is no way to dodge the inevidability of this, let's say they get the Arabic translation crypto snafu down pat. Let's hope they end up blowing up the really bad guys, and not just the Ahmeds in the middle trying to FIND the bad guys.

Downside to all this high tech hype (sure sounds good on paper.....these guys are all practising mental self-masturbation because they can smell grant/contract money), is that these data bases can eventually be SOLD or TRADED to private companies who will USE this private information to hound you at home during dinner trying to sell you protection or better rates for your credit cards, your burial plot or that Euro vacation you've been thinking of taking.
Oh, watch for Cheny and Poindexter to form some of these private companies, first with taxpayer monies no less.
