A case of a french airline steward falsely accused of use of wmd's just because he saw an inscription about a bomb threat in a plane's toilet and reported it. He's being accused of writing the message while his job is to check the plane and report anomalies. So, obviously, he left fingerprints in the toilet, but the FBI agent and the prosecutor are making a personal case out of it.
It's also this kind of example that discredits the US judiciary system.
