That is the problem, isn't it? Dubya hasn't missed an opportunity to demand that Saddam cop to possessing WMD or we go to war; in essence declaring ahead of time that if the inspectors don't turn up evidence it's because Iraq concealed it. Catch-22 and QED: Dubya is determined to go to war with Iraq, regardless of the result of weapons inspections. Inspections and UN resolutions are just cynical ploys to justify his war.
