I'm not sure what the point is here. Did you understand "will not have it's needs met"?
No one is calling abortion as practiced by well-to-do women as eliminating the wealthy. Why do you insist on calling abortion as practiced by poor people as class warfare?
There has to be some agenda here I don't see. Making an abortion a matter of class doesn't explain why middle-class people get abortions, either. Is that part of the class-warfare conspiracy, too?
As far as government funding goes, it's clearly and obviously for the same reason there are food stamps. People can't afford an abortion or food without assistance.
