As I recall, first GWB had proof, the CIA said he didn’t, then Blair was issuing his
“White Paper”, and now GWB has more proof. I’m certain in the last few months he’s had time to whip the CIA into shape, promise money to the political guys who are “good”, hold off on pay raises for anyone without a lip-lock on his butt.
