Boy, I'd like to etch this beauty of a statement in brass. That's what you think, huh? There's a lot more to morality than nuclear weapons. And I don't recall Bush stating anything about "first use" of WMD, unless you think it's part of the rules that a weapon of mass destruction can only be responded to with an identical weapon of mass destruction.
