If we lose a city I think we will go into house cleaning mode
SH, Iran and NK will deny it.
We will not really care, but will use all of our strategic assets to make sure no one of those countries can do it again or ever, which ever is applicable.
As I understand it, most nukes have distintive isotopic signatures.
In reality, we would likely be able to trace any particular nuke back to its reactor process.
But I think yhe only response that would make sense would be to destroy all demons, if 'satan' were to be loosed.
