Sometimes an accident is really just an accident
Sometimes, neglect or worse is involved. When that happens, those responsible should be prosecuted. Without knowing the circumstances, all I can conclude is that a tragic accident happened and two innocent children died.
I read last week that North Korea threatened a nuclear attack if the South elected a conservative president. If true, that might've had an effect on the election, too.
