I think that's murder. Every person I know trained with weapons is trained to be aware of what's behind that at which they are shooting. Basic.

Your defense is like that of a drunk driver. Since the drunk didn't INTEND to kill anyone, it doesn't count. Your doctrine which excuses Americans strafing villages for hours, killing 45 or 48 civilians, also excuses the IDF, and drunk drivers.

I, on the other hand, believe people (yes, even the Israeli Defense Forces, as undisciplined as you say they are) are responsible for their actions.

And your efforts to convince me otherwise are wasted posts. You are absolutely correct.
