Responsibility
I never said that a soldier should not be held legally responsible for even an accidental shooting. Anyone taking a shot at someone is accountable for whatever might be behind his target if he misses. Whether you can call it murder is another question.
I said the shooting was an accident. You said it wasn't, based on a load of horse manure about accidental shots not being lethal, which I pointed out as horse manure.
Which still leaves us with the difference between deliberately killing kids versus accidentally killing them.
