Well, I assumed everybody knew that.
I was taught 20 years ago that one of the reasons the government taxes savings accounts was stimulate the economy, get the money flowing by the people, who buy from the retailers who in turn get loans from the banks, from the money people put into there savings accounts.
Maybe sour was the wrong word,
