When the last Senate was 50/50, the Dems asked for a 50/50 split and were rebuffed completely.
When the Senate became 50/49/1, the Republicans and Dems got together and agreed on a 50/50 split.

Bipartisanship is also a word only spoken by Republicans when they aint got control.
e.g. Judges in Clinton era - Nope, don't like 'em.
Judges in Bush era - Waah, where is the bipartisanship from the democrats?
