Clinton gave nuclear reactors in addition to oil and food aid.
At least that's the way I recall it.
Clinton also said that before the North Koreans agreed to "his" plan (Actually it was Jimmy Carter's Brain Fart), that he was on the brink of launching a military attack on North Korea's nuclear weapons program...
So I guess if we follow Clinton's logic that is where we are at now: When should Bush drop the first bombs? If the plan was brilliant under Clinton then you must support it under Bush...Right???
