So you guys can call me dumb ("liberal thinktank" as oxymoron) and I'm expected to yuk it up, or at least suck it up, but I turn around in the same spirit and call you stingy, and you can't take it.
Huh.
I'm especially thrilled that Al Gore's tax return can be extrapolated to include "all liberals" without blinking an eye, but that Trent Lott's remarks cannot be extrapolated to include "all Republicans" without massive outcry, in spite of the fact that he was as much leader of his political party at the time he made his remarks as Gore was when he filed that tax return.
