I might not like a colleague or someone, but it doesn't stop me from using diplomacy for the common good and my relationship with clients, etc...
Same goes for coutries. We might not like some, but we need their cooperation.
Then, from an earlier post, I wonder if you deal with lots of people, away from the PC, on a dayly basis. It didn't look like it was the case.
