Ignoring the stupidity of your "face it" comment, Keynesian economics gives recognition to NOT having tax cuts when their are surpluses, precisely so you CAN have those cuts to stimulate the economy, when it runs soft.

This is what it is all about--smoothing out the bumps inherent in the system, and it works.

You and Duhbya missed that class and want cuts all the time. We are having that now, and the US is bleeding as a result.
