I predict that when Iraqi records are eventually examined, it's going to be found that Iraqi and maybe other Arab money flowed into ANSWER and other organizers of major protests. Possibly with the knowledge of the protest organizations, possibly not. Admittedly, I have no evidence of such, other than my intuition. But when they do find such evidence, you heard it here first.
A lot of people were horrified when released KGB files showed just how much financial and other influence the Soviet Union had on parts of the 1960s anti-war movement and other supposedly "home-grown" organizations.
