The British liberated Brussels on the 3rd of september and Antwerp on the 4th of september 1944.
That's why there's a Montgommery Square in Brussels.
Queeen Elisabeth II came to the tank in Antwerp for commemorations.
My Grandpa was president of the veterans of WW1 and never missed ceremonies.
So, We have a picture showing them both (in the 60's).
