Russia hasn't exactly loved NATO over the years

Belgium, France, and Germany should be proud. With their vetos, they've done more damage to NATO in a week than the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact did in 40 years. I do hope you're satisfied.

NATO, at least in its current form, has been severely damaged and may well cease to exist within a year. Odds are some new form of alliance will take its place. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if Germany, France, and Belgium aren't invited to participate. They've proven they'll put their own political interests ahead of other member nations, so they can't be trusted.
