But there is a lot of exiles who left both Iraq and Iran and who would love the opportunity to move to Traq to re-establish themselves in their homeland.
They will bring with them a renewed appreciation for the western world and a whole lot of investment capital that will help spur the free economy.
Then Iran will either regress into further isolation or join the capitalist and peaceful co-existence bandwagon.
