First of all Ed, it's not outrageous.
It's human nature.
You don't have to be head of a country to be dangerous.
All you have to be is an arms dealer or a microbiologist or a banker.
All you have to do is to HATE, or live for a CAUSE and be rewarded by it, whether the rewards are financial or self-serving that suits your religion.

You can be an intelligence operator, a fundamentalist or just some lowly servant.
If you are in the right place at the right time, you could facilitate the ability to kill thousands of people. These people come from all walks of life. And some of them could even be Americans.....working in a lab dveloping a genetic-specific virus that wipes out only blacks.....or Asians. He could be a lowlife Islamic fundamentalist who would sacrifice his life for his religious war by carrying something deadly into our country.
Evil has no boundaries and often no face......unless of course you're identified by GWB!
