They are gonna accuse the US of torture either way...
I don't think we will use physical torture, but imagine the mental anguish the guy's going through...One minute he's at the pinnicale of terrorist achievement, the next, he's being interrogated by infidels with no hope for escape.
his soul must be tormented.
And by who's definition of torture are we to define torture: Is making him sleep in a hog confinement pen buried up to his neck in hog excriment really torture for him or is it torture for the interrogators or the resident pigs?
