Personally, I doubt it
As Matt pointed out below, none of these revelations are really smoking, but a whole bunch of smoulderers.
I'm not sure what Russia is playing at.
It has many things to gain from supporting the US.
From continued aid dollars and foreign investment to being able to follow the "Bush Doctrine" and invade Georgia and/or Ukraine because of unproven support for Chechen terrorists/rebels.
It has little to gain in opposition.
