The activities of which group would result in Saddam and his son being in power ten years from now, maybe even with fission bombs in his arsenal, and which won't?
To many people it seems "peace" is defined solely by a lack of military conflict. That the lack of conflict is the result of the utter suppression and enslavement of an entire population is irrelevant.
