Re: Saddam's speech
They are thinking Saddam’s speech was taped but that he is still alive because he said today’s date on the tape. He knew we would probably attack on today’s date because we told him that. Also, why would he be trying so hard to convince us he said that today, while giving a very generic speech?
I think that his speech was taped yesterday or the day before.
