I have seen him wear that type of glasses before, but not the beret. Also, in Tom's photo Saddam looks much paler which is probably because the light source is much closer to his face. He also looks 'shorter' by the looks of that left arm. Either way, a tape is a tape and it was aired too soon after that strike.
