So who got raped?

Nobody is being raped or murdered as part of government policy. Well, maybe in Iraq. Two citizens are being subjected to the torment of being held without an attorney, which falls at about an 0.5 on the 1 to 10 scale of torments inflicted on prisoners by governments on this planet. And, as you say, it may soon be down to one.

Meanwhile thousands of protesters continue to parade freely up and down the streets saying things about the President and our government that would get them jailed in France, never mind most of the rest of the planet.

Doesn't look like a major hit on "The American Way" to me.

For the Left to point to these two guys as a sign of massive oppression, while at the same time routinely sluffing off without effort my point that 80 million have died on the altar of Marxism, is quite amusing.

You have to admit that if Darth Ashcroft doesn't implement his totalitarian regime pretty soon, you're going to look pretty silly.

Your entire argument now rests on the hope that the last person being held without representation stays that way.
