Your source concludes it unlikely the US forged the documents. It concluded the forgeries were too incompetant to have been made by US agents.
Of course liberals love to assume Bush and his team are incompetant which is why they keep getting their asses kicked by him despite glaring and obvious flaws in Bush's agenda.
