Re: What are good news sources?
I'm largely with you on your choices. Drudge is very good as a director to more mainstream sources, and is good for getting the latest. I find a lot of good news links on various blogs as well, including Sullivan, Oxblog, and several others.
Fox News and CNN are okay. I don't use them as often as one might think. The BBC has gone off the political deep end. The leftist equivalent of Newsmax.
Actually, when I get on the trail of a story, I will sniff it out from anywhere on the planet. In other words, I get news from all over the map. Controversial stories have to be tracked to sources, and confirmed.
