Doesn't get it. Doesn't want to.
I said this was not a war, but a slaughter.
And it is. Look at Baghdad.
And with the overwhelming military force available to the US, it should have been over in three days. Without the body count which will develop by doing everything piecemeal.
As it is, due to mismanagement, wrong assumptions, believing their own propaganda and regarding any information which doesn't agree with their preconceptions (sound familiar) the civilians are mismanaging this horribly.
From a "war" point of view.
No one could possibly disagree that it's been mismanaged. A third-world bunch of camel drivers without an air force worthy of the name has fought 'em to a standstill. If only for the moment.
Try to see reality.
But then I'm talking to a guy who believes the market in Baghdad was blown up by Iraqis, wasn't any of the thousands of bombs dropped by the US. Wasn't any of the cruise missiles which go astray.
Migawd, these people are aware the US funds the military effort of the Israelis agains the Muslims in Palestine, bombs markets, however unintentionally, and then Bush and the conservatives still expect these people to believe they are being "liberated".
Talk about mismanagement.
The US didn't bomb the Chinese Embassy in the former Yugoslavia, either. That was elves. Didn't bomb the civilian air-raid shelter in Baghdad in the first Gulf War, either. That was a gnome. Didn't shoot down the Iranian civilian airliner a few years ago, that plane just got tired of flying.
After all, Bush is from the US government, and he's there to help 'em. If it kills 'em.
And a bunch of American kids, too, who don't deserve to be wasted this way.
Geez.
