Honestly Tom
Where in God's name do you get these fantasies? Do you just make this stuff up, or is someone writing your material.
Prior to the war commencing Saddam Hussein had no strategic or tactical reason to ship any WMDs he might have.
And the least thing the Syrians want is to help Saddam dominate the middle east. More importantly, any such cross border transportation of large quantities of WMDs would have been easily detected.
Actually the risk that these things might get out of Iraq is much greater now that the war has started. The war has increased the risk that these chemical and biological weapons will find their way into the hands of terrorists outside of Iraq.
