They LIVED under Saddam Hussein.

These women and children DIED under George Walker Bush.

"That's war" DOES NOT excuse slaughtering people in the name of liberation.

A war of liberation would show some consideration for the people who are ostensibly being liberated. Doesn't that make any sense at all to conservatives?

I mean, if you valued liberty for these people, who are at home, on their own territory, who did not ask you to come, who are undoubtedly scared to death, you would make EVERY effort, besides "Halt" to not kill them.

Now - these women and children LIVED under Saddam Hussein, and DIED under George Walker Bush.

Do you deny that?

A very wise man once told me, "When I find myself in a hole, the first thing I do is stop digging".

Just a word to the wise. You might want to put down the shovel, and simply acknowledge the immorality of the "liberation" idea.

And you may not. You may want to keep digging, to keep defending the indefensible. At least in this case it's indefensible.

Arf ("that's war" my aching ass!! That's domination, cruelty, barbarity! Or are those words too strong?)
