I wonder what happened during Saddam's regime.
Perhaps soldiers came to a house a took someone the regime merely suspected of something and nobody would see him again.
In all discretion.
Here, there's the terror of the explosions, the bombs, the shootings, the stress, the shoutings, hearing a foreign language and coming from a force alien to their way of life. Also the TV pictures of what's going on a bit further down the city or elesewhere in the country.
What would be the worst of the two?
