I cooled off.
It wasn't her calling me junior that made me think I need to take a break. I used to teach 13 year-olds. I have been called just about everything. My skin is thick there.
It was that I was angry enough to deliberately antagonize her by calling her something I know she doesn’t like. When I start acting like that, I need to chill out. I would like to think I am better than that. It was my behavior that warrants me taking a break, not what she called me.
