On NPR this morning, Bush made a statement about N. Ireland being an example for those who can't conceive of peace coming to Palestine. Is that it?

[My excuse is I've been sick all weekend and Monday. I came back to work today to find, on the freeway, that I failed to make any temporal rearangements (didn't set my clock forward), so I would arrive 1.5 hours later than I needed to. It was a frantic drive.]
