I believe E.P.'s statement revolves around the fact that Bush did NOT make such a statement?

I could be wrong, but Ed does have the ability to come at us in a cryptic sort of way. The Prez apparently dropped his cajones and failed to stand up for a free Palestine?

I did not read any text on the subject, nor did I see the conference,
