Where Bush Clearly Screwed Up Big Time...
...Was in not having a plan to immediately deal with the post war vaccuum and resulting chaos. Why no units dedicated to this? How could they not forsee this happening? Was this an oversight like forgetting Afganistan in the foreign aid budget? The post-liberation looting and destruction is probably the one part of "the plan" which really fouled up.
I just heard on the news we're sending in FBI agents to help recover stolen artifacts. It's a nice gesture and a good start. And I'll bet the G-men will spend a little time looking around for a few guys on the Most Wanted List too!
