They are about as irrelevant as it is possible to get, even for a radical leftwing organization. They long ago lost sight of their original goals in support of women, and shredded the last of their credibility when they fell on their knees in front of Bill Clinton, who committed what would have been called sexual harassment in any corporate boardroom in the country, and was even accused of rape. The latter used to be a sacred cause of the women's movement, and rape victims were universally assumed to have a higher credibility than those they accused. Until, of course, such a stand became a political liability.

As for the "fetus," it had a name: Connor. If you want to call it a ball of tissue, take it to somebody else.
