If you want to convice me there's a legal justification for a charge of murder, you go to a lawyer, not an activist group that may have a vested interest.

It is quite controversial whether a fetus should be afforded all the same constitutional protections that a walking & talking person is. Is it afforded the right to liberty, for example? Clearly the framers didn't have unborn children on their minds.
In the absence of obvious constitutional protections, it makes great sense for states to pass law to make their beliefs clear. New Jersey has not done so. Maybe they have an activist DA who wants ride this case to the Supreme Court. Maybe he's got a good argument. I'd like to hear it.
I'm not much interested in hearing what the "New Jersey Right To Life" organization has to say about it, since their view is predictable based on the name of their group.
