All the banter that went on before and during regarding Isreal being attacked and the use/non-use of WMD in the conflict were aired by Hussein & Co, which meant we had to go in fast and hard.

He was serious. So were we.

We went in hard and fast, just like we were supposed to. He lost, just like he was supposed to.

WMD in the region of Iraq remains an open threat today. All the sites have not been checked -- in fact I think we've been able to secure approx. 1% of them, albeit the most threatening of the sites 10s of thousands of known/assumed WMD sites.

For the record, Hussein was holding both Kuwait and Israel hostage in the early days of the conflict.
