Oh, wow! There might have been a meeting 5 years ago between someone from al Quadi and someone in Baghdad! That sure justifies invading a sovereign country, killling thousands and destroying much of the infrastructure!

I would guess that there were similar meetings in almost all muslim countries and a few others as well.
