For The 100th Time
The threat was from support of terrorism not a direct attack. Tackling them militarily to eliminate that threat would have been tough if the administration was wrong about the Iraqi's desire to be rid of Saddam. The fight should have been tougher. The Iraqi army simply had little will to fight.
