Good idea, shift from it's impossible to it's easy.
Problem is Raoul, is you want to dwell in "it's hopeless". That's unAmerican though maybe it's French.
It's not good enough to simply say it can't be done; you have to offer solutions- and rolling around in corruption is not a solution.
You say the Arabs are humiliated. Maybe, but there is no doubt that Arabs in Iraq are less humiliated then before got there. Sure they lost a war with the strongest miltary on the planet- they will "get over that". The real shame is from their being under Saddam, the monster. And they will get over that, too.
