American culture
I wouldn't define the Bush administration as "American culture". On the contrary, it is nowhere near what America should be like.
Nowhere near? I don't agree with Bush on everything either, but I like the idea of an America that thinks a lot like him more than one that thinks like Clinton. Or Gore. Or pretty much any other current Democrat you can think of.
Which present-day politician do you think America should be like? (i.e. you don't get to pick JFK, and I don't get to pick Reagan.)
