Since it is now admitted that at least some of what they publish is bs
They are simply not wanting to have people read rotten bs.
My guess is they are in a death spiral: Instead of confronting the fact that their corrupt editorial policy is behind the false reporting they tolerated, they will instead try to limit access to the evidence.
