Well, we already knew of his WMD programs, his gassing of Iranians and Kurds..........

Especially since a certain Prez had urged them to rise up - before he gave in to advisors who feared
a) A Shia uprising leading to an Iran-like state
and
b) A Kurd uprising leading to increased tensions and possible invasion from Turkey.
Both Bush Sr. and UN screwed up.
To suggest as Scott did that it was all the "left's" fault is once again revisionist history.
