Are we reaming out George W. Bush for invading Iraq and deposing a murderous dictator, or are we reaming out George H. W. Bush for NOT invading Iraq and deposing a murderous dictator?

I'm getting confused.

In all the yelping about the lack of WMD and such, I notice nobody is paying attention to the hundreds of thousands of mass graves that will NOT be dug in the next thirty years in Iraq.
