It shows two things:
Intelligence failed (once again like during the cold war when overestimating the number of Soviet missiles and underestimating the Soviet chemical warfare) and yet, it's intelligence the most important mean to prevent terrorist attacks.
WMD's were not the issue in the white house's minds, so someone fooled his country and the international commuinity and divided it, underminded the united Nations, and especially, how can the coalition be trusted?
